The Lakeland Ledger reports that Publix Super Markets plans to open a 1,400 square foot medical clinic in that Florida community that will be charged with treating minor injuries affecting employees who work in the company’s nearby distribution center and manufacturing plants.
It is the second such clinic that Publix will have opened; it already has one operating in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
