The Orlando Sentinel reports that this past weekend, dough-tossing contests were held at the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show at the Orange County Convention Center – and the US Pizza Team was there, plying its trade. In addition, this very same US Pizza Team plans to attend the World Pizza Championship in Italy later this year, described by the Sentinel as “a mix of break dancing and juggling with floury dough.”
