• As the management team at Marsh Supermarkets contemplates a possible sale of the company, there has been a shakeup in the top ranks there, as Jodi D. Marsh resigned as the chain’s vice president in charge of community relations and event management. She is joining a local management and communications company, Sease, Gerig & Associates, which has itself just ended its relationship with the food retailer.

Jodi Marsh’s departure from the family-owned company was not unexpected. Late last year, she filed for divorce from David Marsh, president of the supermarket chain.

• The Organic Trade Association (OTA) announced the appointment of Caren Wilcox, the former director of government relations for Hershey Foods and deputy under secretary for food safety at the USDA, to succeed Katherine DiMatteo as OTA’s executive director.
