• Pathmark has named Kenneth Martindale to be the company’s co-president (with Frank Vitriano) and chief marketing officer, a new position. Martindale is former executive with Fred Meyer and Smith Food & Drug, both of which were owned by Yucaipa, which has bought into Pathmark.
