• 7-Eleven announced that Edward W. Moneypenny, its senior vice president/CFO, is retiring. He will be succeeded by Stanley W. Reynolds, currently vice president of corporate planning and
treasurer.

• PepsiCo has tapped Cie Nicholson, formerly VP of non-carbonated soft drinks, to be senior VP-chief marketing officer for Pepsi-Cola North America.

She succeeds Dave Burwick, who has been named president of Pepsi-Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade Canada.

Pepsi also has named Meena Mansharamani, VP-strategic initiatives for Pepsi-Cola North America, to oversee consumer insights and innovation in a new position.

• The National Grocers Association (NGA) named Gregory B. Ferrara, a former independent retailer, to be its co-director of government affairs.
