- Dow Jones reports that the bankruptcy judge overseeing the affairs of bankrupt Fleming Cos. has ruled that creditors can sue “specific employees of Dean Foods Co., Kraft Foods Inc., Frito Lay Inc. and other companies that the creditors say had a hand in presenting a false picture of financial health at the defunct grocery wholesaler.”
The suppliers and their employees have denied charges that they colluded with Fleming to hide the company’s financial problems.
