Ralphs and Food 4 Less will not be prosecuted or fined for advertising Mexican-grown grapes as coming from California farms this summer. The fines could have been as high as $3,000 for every mis-advertised bag of grapes, but the state Department of Food and Agriculture determined that there was no intent to deceive.
