Another reason why Wegmans is one of the best food retailers anywhere – it has announced that in its Fairfax, Virginia, store, it will feature an August 10 visit by Art Smith, personal chef to Oprah Winfrey and author of “Kitchen Life: Real Food for Real Families – Even Yours.”
In its email announcement to customers, Wegmans wrote: “Whether you have a new baby or teens in the house, he'll help you create a better pantry and cook more efficiently, and deliciously. There's also more than 150 great recipes from this James Beard Award winner. This is your big chance to see Art in action demonstrating a few of his recipes and have him sign your copy of his book.”
