  • The Wall Street Journal reports that an agreement has been reached in Oklahoma that will have attorneys for both Wal-Mart and independent retailer Super H downloading information from a handheld scanner that Super H says was used by a Wal-Mart employee to download information about its store and products.

Super H is suing Wal-Mart for using the scanner to steal proprietary information. Wal-Mart denies it has done anything wrong.

The scanner has been held by police pending this agreement.
