  • SimonDelivers.com, the Minneapolis-based online grocery retailer, has launched Simon’s Diner, which is designed to offer fresh foods and prepared meals to customers looking to have such products delivered to their home.

    According to the company, Simon's Diner launches with eleven fully cooked entrees including a variety of side dishes and desserts. Each meal arrives fully cooked along with directions for heating in both traditional and microwave ovens. Simon's Diner meal selections serve between 2 and 4 people. SimonDelivers plans to add to the menu to broaden the selection of items in each of its categories.

    To provide the products, SimonDelivers has partnered with Mintahoe, the largest independent catering company in the Twin Cities.
