The Associated Press reports that a study in Japan of more than 90,000 people found that people who drank coffee every day cut their risk of liver cancer in half compared to people who didn’t drink coffee. The cause seems to be the antioxidants found in coffee.

Almost 19,000 new cases of liver cancer are diagnosed in the US each year, and more than 14,000 people die of the disease every year.
