  • America Online has released a new survey suggesting that men spend more money online than women - $204 per month on average, compared to $186 per month, respectively. And during the holiday season, men will spend 15 percent more of their gift budget online than women.

    According to the study, men find that it is easier to find bargains online, as well as preferring the e-shopping experience because it helps them avoid lines.


  • The Times of London reports that the UK’s Office of Fair Trading (OFT) is investigating charges that the online operations of Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda have overcharged customers and not delivered promised merchandise.
