- Last week, Amazon announced that its UK operations will begin offering a Netflix-style DVD rental service, a move that is expected to eventually be expanded to include the US market.
Apparently in response to this move, Tesco announced a new pricing structure for its online DVD rental service, reducing its monthly fee from the equivalent of $25 (US) per month to about $14.30 (US).
