Coronet Foods, the produce supplier believed to have provided tomatoes to the Sheetz convenience store chain that were contaminated with salmonella, has been hit with a lawsuit by a Pennsylvania couple that claims to have become ill after eating the tomatoes. The couple is seeking more than $75,000 in damages.

In addition, a Pennsylvania attorney has filed a similar suit on behalf of six other people who got sick after eating tomatoes provided by Coronet and sold by Sheetz.

It's estimated that 110 people in 12 Pennsylvania counties have come down with salmonella symptoms. Sheetz has changed produce suppliers.
