Unionized Kroger employees in Indiana have overwhelmingly approved a new four-year contract with Kroger that calls for wage increases between $1.15 an hour and $4.95 an hour, and while maintaining health benefits without requiring employees to pay into a comprehensive plan. The new contract also requires "slight" co-pays for employees who enroll in a premium medical plan.
