  • Kraft Foods Inc. has acquired privately held beverage-maker Veryfine Products Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.


  • Rite Aid reportedly is rolling out a biometrics system to its 3,400 stores that will allow for fingerprint authentication of sensitive consumer information.
