The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Eatzi's, the gourmet grocery/restaurant company, will open a second unit in Atlanta in spring 2005.
The company currently has four units - in Dallas, Houston, Rockville (Maryland), and Atlanta. It specializes in what it calls "phenomenal restaurant-quality meals you can take with you and enjoy in the comfort of your own home…for less than the cost of a restaurant meal."

Eatzi's always one of the most interesting "meal solutions" concepts out there, albeit one that suffered because management got a little over-ambitious in its expansion plans a few years ago. It looks like the company, having retrenched, is ready to spread its wings a bit.
Sounds good to us. We suspect management will be cautious.
