An Administrative Law Judge in Las Vegas has dismissed all charges in a complaint of unfair labor practices issued against Wal-Mart in February of 2003.
The complaint had been filed by the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) union, included allegations of unlawful interrogation, threatening associates, and denial of witnesses in connection with the termination of an associate.
