North Carolina-based Harris Teeter has introduced a new personal shopper service linked to its VIC loyalty marketing program, allowing shoppers who register for the service to receive emails informing them when products they have bought in the past are on sale. The service also allows them to create a shopping list that can be taken to the store.
The program is an "opt-in" service; shopper shave to sign up to receive the email notifications, which are scheduled to be sent every Wednesday.
