Calling their new Sunflower Market a cross between a farmer's market and Trader Joe's the founders of Wild Oats are opening a chain of value-driven natural foods stores.
Mike Gilliand, who left Wild Oats two years ago, opened the first Sunflower Market in Albuquerque a year ago, and then two in Phoenix. He plans tom open his first of six stores in Denver next month, according to a report in the Denver Post.
