- PriceSmart, the warehouse club operator with stores in Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia, announced that its CFO, Alan Youngberg, has left the company, effective August 31.
Youngberg will continue as a consultant to PriceSmart until a full-time replacement is named. In the meantime, the company's vice chairman, James Cahill, is taking on the role of interim CFO.
