The Financial Times reports this morning that the non-executive board of Dutch food retailer Ahold reportedly will meet on Wednesday to consider candidates to run its U.S. Foodservice division.
FT said there is a short list of candidates, with one preferred name.
Whoever is chosen will replace Bob Tobin, who has been running the division on a temporary basis since the ouster of former CEO Jim Miller, who was in charge when an accounting scandal there set in motion a series of events that have rocked the company.
