The Fresno Bee reports that Fleming's divestment of its retail properties continues, as Save Mart and Kroger have bought nine of its Food 4 Less units in a deal that has been approved by the bankruptcy court overseeing Fleming's affairs.
Save Mart is getting six of the stores, which it will convert to its Food Maxx banner.
Kroger gets the other three, and will convert them to Foods Co. stores.
