Dow Jones reports that Nash Finch Co. will continue to be publicly traded on the NASDAQ exchange, now that it has filed all its delinquent quarterly reports with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company had delayed filing the reports during an internal review of its accounting procedures related to manufacturer promotional allowances, and had been informed by the NASDAQ that it would be delisted if it didn’t file the required reports.
