Albertson's Inc. announced that it has acquired two Food4Less stores in Salt Lake City and two Rainbow stores in El Paso, Texas, from Fleming Cos. .
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Salt Lake City stores are operating under the Food4Less banner. The Rainbow stores in El Paso will be converted to Albertson's banners on Wednesday.
Albertson's also acquired a third Food4Less store in Salt Lake City that was shuttered as soon as the sale closed.
