- Nash Finch Co. has once again postponed the release of its third-quarter results because of an internal review of practices and procedures related to promotional allowances from vendors. The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has also begun an informal inquiry into the practices, according to the company.
The results originally were supposed to be posted on October 31, and then were postponed until November 18. A new date has not been set.
